Reporting directly to the European Programme Manager, specific position responsibilities include:
* completion of in dealership reviews to the required standards;
* reporting of in dealership reviews to key dealership personnel;
* reporting of review results to the Manufacturer's warranty team and NSC;
* provide coaching and consultancy to dealers to improve processes and procedures in line with the Manufacturer's warranty processes.
The ideal candidate will Conduct In-Dealership Reviews in a professional, consultative manner to:
* evaluate individual dealer repair workshop and administrative procedures;
* identify root cause process deficiencies driving abnormal warranty performance;
* recognise the effectiveness of warranty procedures and impact on customer satisfaction;
* be familiar with dealer service reception practices, and technician productivity/efficiency measurements;
* deliver personal objectives as outlined in the PDR process;
* act as an Ambassador for ph impetus, representing ph impetus Brand Values and corporate standards.
